Terms of use

PDFVault is provided by WD DIGI for local PDF processing. Use it only with documents you are authorized to process. English is the supported product and website language.

Both plans support up to 100 MB of input, 50 files and 500 total pages per job. Image compression supports up to 50 total pages. Limits apply to the whole job, including batch jobs. Browser memory and complex documents can impose lower practical limits.
Pro is US$9 per 365-day billing period, automatically renewed through Lemon Squeezy until cancelled. Applicable buyer taxes are added at checkout. Your payment receipt and checkout show the total. One license permits one active Chrome profile. Deactivate before transferring to a different profile.
Cancellation, failed renewals and refunds
Cancel future renewal through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation keeps Pro through the period already paid for. If a verified automatic renewal fails, eligible access may continue for up to 14 days after the paid period while payment is recovered. A cancelled subscription does not receive that grace period. After expiry, the extension returns to Free; originals and saved downloads are unchanged. Uninstalling does not cancel billing.
Refunds are considered for unresolved technical problems or duplicate charges, subject to mandatory consumer rights. See refunds.
Document limitations
Keep backups and inspect the output before using it. Editing invalidates digital signatures. Page extraction, merging and splitting may not preserve interactive forms, bookmarks, attachments or document-level features. Image compression replaces pages with images. Encrypted PDFs, password removal, OCR, secure redaction and PDF/A validation are not supported. PDFVault is a product name, not a promise of encryption, regulatory compliance or secure deletion.
Availability and liability
Support and updates are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every PDF or an unchanged browser platform. To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided as available without a guarantee of a particular result. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
